Mister Ruben Cardenas

I’m 23 years old and now been on California death row for 2 and ½ months. My birthday just posted 7/9/84 I was told of this program and now seeking to meet new people and establishing friendships. I’m 5’9, a healthy 200lbs black shoulder length hairs and complexion, with brown eyes don’t have any pictures at this time but will put one up hopefully soon.
