Jack W. Friend

Single, White, Male, Born 5-57. Last my family’s bloodline as all of the rest of my family has died at different time over the years that I have been incarcerated since 1984. I am on Death Row for crimes that I am NOT responsible for. I have many interest and enjoy learning.
I would be so happy to find someone to write to me in hopes of our becoming friends.
I would be so happy if someone who reads this can imagine what it is like to be locked up and how good it makes a person feel to receive a letter from a friend every now and then.
I would be so happy to find a friend who makes me feel comfortable and who feels comfortable with me.
I would be so happy to find a friend who understands me and is understood by me.
I would be so happy to find a friend who can sense what I may need sometimes before I even know myself.
I would be so happy to find a friend who is honest with me and with whom I can be honest with.
I would be so happy to find a friend who would never make me feel as though my problems are petty.
I would be so happy to find a friend who can understand my moods and who’s moods I could understand.
I would be so happy to find a friend who knows when I need advice or encouragement.
I would be so happy to find a friend so that I’ll not feel so lonely and left alone.
I would be so happy to a friend who would be my friend until the end.
I hope that I may find that friend in you and that you will write to me as soon as you have finished reading this.
Please don’t just sit there and think that someone else will write me and become my friend because if everyone else is sitting and thinking the same thing then I will not get any mail and my not find someone to be my friend.
