First and formost I will formally and thurally extend to you my up-most respect`s and highest regard`s! It is my hope that this manifest finds you in the best of health!

A dear friend to me explained to me that you and/or your foundations would help to gain access to a pen pal in Germany an/or in the surrounding area`s.

I am a man who is trying “SPECIFICLY” to engage in and establish a limiless network of friend`s “MALE OR FEMALE”, oversea`s. In aneffort to gain knowledge and undestanding of Germany as wll as surrounding area`s (countrys/states).

I have found that in this life a network of friends can eventually turn into a progressive movement of people of all races and gender in which may help to be a guiding light to each other in the future. Plus if I may say I am personally ver ignorant as to government and the people in country`s over sea`s. I should like to learn more of any and all country`s. Although I am very fond of Germany.

There is nothing that can not be accopplished in this life as long as both party`s involved act`s are righteous and hearts are true!

When I was briefed as too your services I was told “Your services are free and availaable for all prisoners except child molester`s and those that have killed a child”. I was pleasently surprised (to say the least) that your foundation would go so far as to say that! And will also go so far as to say thank you for protecting our children!
