What are you allowed to send your pen pal?

Rules PA / Huntingdon

Anyone can write them, as long as the letters don’t speak about escaping or criminal activities.

Photos: As for photos, they can have as many as possible, as long as they are not nude photos or of weapons of any kind.

Supplies: They are not allowed to receive stamps or writing material.
However, family and friends are allowed to send them certain things, for example, art material ( drawing paper, paint, markers, color pencils, etc. ), but the inmates must get approval from the institution before receiving the items.

Books: They can receive books, magazines and newspaper, as long as they come directly from the book store, publisher, or vendor.

Visitation: It’s a visitation guide from 2002, which are still the same now, of their visitation rules.

Rules PA / Waynesburg

They don’t have many rules concerning who can write them or the number of pictures they can receive.

Photos: No limits.

Supplies: They are not allowed to receive stamps or writing material.

Visitation: You may only visit if your name and address is on the prisoners visitation list, and they try to discourage people from coming to visit by harassing them when they come to visit.
