What are you allowed to send your pen pal?
Rules Ohio / Leavittsburg

1. 15 Visitors per inmate ( this includes friends and family )
   Only visitors on the prisoner’s approved visitation list are permitted to visit. Proper identification must be shown (two articles at least one w/a picture). A prospective visitor must fill out and application. Visiting shall not be permitted until approved by the institution. The final approval/ disapproval shall be made at an interview on the visitor’s first visit.   

2. New visitors must have pre-approval forms sent at inmates costs, ie postage.

3. Inmates can have up to 3 embossed stamped envelops per letter. No limit on but must only be 3 at a time.

4. Inmate can receive 3 photos per envelop. No limit but must be up to 3 at a time. (however, Polaroid photographs must have the backing removed.)
5. No graphic material pertaining as in porn with penetration must be respectful. Plain nudes pic’s ok.
6. No rules on pen pals anyone can write.

7. No graphic or obscene language permitted pertaining to sex.

8. Al packages “Sundry or Food” must be done through “Access Securepak” the institutions approved vendor. Inmate has this information.
9. Books, mags, tapes, Cd’s etc., etc. has to come from mail orders publishers or verdors. Inmate have this information.  
10. There is no limitation on the number of letters or postcards that they may receive.

11. They are allowed to receive funds from anyone in the outside world. It must be in the form of a money order, certified check, cashier’s check. NO CASH MONEY OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED: Fund must be sent by mail. Checks and money order must also contain the sender’s complete name and address. The sender’s name must be a signature, not printed.
