What are you allowed to send your pen pal?

Photos: The photos, you can send us many as you want.

Stationary: Sending stamps is not allowed. The prison in this state will contraband them. They require us to buy everything. If it’s sold in the canteen then they’re forced to have to buy it. That goes for any and all writing materials.
