What are you allowed to send your pen pal?

The facility is one of the U.S’s famous super Max facilities or administration segregation, which ever they like to call it. Where they only get to come out of their cells for one hour, five days a week.
They are allowed to get pen pals from the internet.
Photos: They have almost unlimited pictures (photos), no larger than 10x12 inches.
Supplies: They can’t get stamps send in to theme and no writing material.
They are allowed to have (2) two books of their choice, including, religious or law books, and once they have the two books in their property list they can not exchange those books for as long as they remain in this prison.
Visitation: on visits they can have up to eleven (11) persons on their approve list, as long as they pass a background check.
